Adding a "report" button for ads.

I've noticed that, unlike Twickerz, Yougetprofit doesn't have the link to report an ad while we're viewing it. I believe this is important, so that we report that frame-breaking ads that appear. For example, there's a mini PTC ad running now called "Conquer your freedom" that's breaking out of frame.
